Located at the southern coast of Peru, about 300 km south of Lima in the middle of the desert. Ica is a city known for its exquisite Piscos and wines, most of the Peruvian wineries are located in its surroundings areas. One of the most visited attraction is "Huacachina", the only oasis in South America, found in the middle of the desert, surrounded by huge sand dunes where you can practice sand boarding.

Visit the main plaza and boulevard of the city, where you'll find the Paracas Obelisco, then you will have a tasting at a Pisco winery. This tour also includes a visit and ride with Camels and a ride in buggies to go through the dunes and arrive to Huacachina Oasis, where you will find the Huacachina Lagoon surrounded by huge dunes, the monument to the siren Huacachina and crafts center of the place. To finish this perfect day, you will practice Sandboarding on the dunes and if the weather conditions are good, you will enjoy the sunset in the desert.



Huacachina Lagoon in the middle of the Ica desert is surrounded by huge dunes, visit the village and the craft market and learn the mythical story of the lake. Take a hike the dunes surrounding in it and you can do buggy and sandboard, while enjoying an amazing sunset.


Ica is well known for its wines and Pisco. Pisco tours are a must-do when visiting Ica in Peru, especially because they have some of the oldest distilleries in Peru. The tour will consist on a guided visit to the winery and tasting of its production. This tour can be arranged for you to explore one winery or more.
